Description

This natural stone repair kit is perfect for repairing small chips, scratches and other damage in natural granite worktop or for general damage on marble or polished tiles. This kit makes it very easy to offer client an effective repair which looks great. Once the filler is cured, it is colourfast, highly temperature resistant and the filler will not shrink back over time.

How To Use

METHOD Always wear gloves, Stone repair resin is harder when set than most stone and is particularly difficult to get off the skin when set. 1. Thoroughly clean the hole or crack ensuring you remove any loose debris, dirt or loose and then vacuum to remove any remaining dust. 2. Tape around the hole or crack using a good quality masking tape. This stops any excess filler going on the tile. 3.Apply a small amount of the transparent filler and cover with the clear plastic strips 4. Use the UV light to cure the filler. hold over the filler at 1cm for 3 minuets till filler cures 5. Remove the plastic and check the filler.  Then sand off the excess using the Special Sandpaper 5.5 x 15.5 cm 6.The use the black Micro Sanding Paper 6 x 7.5 cm to smooth out the repair. 7. Apply a small amount of Polishing Paste and work in to create the desired shine 8. Check you work and repeat or apply more filler or polish as required
