Stone & Tile Wax Repair Filler Kit


The stone filler is a tough wax perfect for filling cracks, holes and marks in stone and tiles.

With this Stone and Tile Hot Wax Repair Kit you can now fix holes, cracks and chips in wall and floor tiles to a great finish. The set contains tough hot wax Filler in five different and intermixable colours as well as all the necessary accessories. A Clear Lacquer Brush Pen is included in the kit to seal and to protect the repaired area. Suitable for surfaces such as travertine, marble, ceramic, porcelain, terrazzo and cast stone.

  • The kit is supplied in a plastic box.
  • All components necessary for a good repair are included.
  • The filler is very hard and resistant, the melting point is 130 ° C.
  • The colours can be mixed together and it can be over painted.
  • The water absorption is less than 1%.

How To Use

Always wear gloves, Stone repair resin is harder when set than most stone and is particularly difficult to get off
the skin when set.
1. Thoroughly clean the hole or crack ensuring you remove any loose debris, dirt or loose and then
vacuum to remove any remaining dust.
2. Tape around the hole or crack using a good quality masking tape. This stops any excess filler going
on the tile.

3.Turn on the hot knife and start to melt the wax into the hole or crack

4. Leave the filler for around 10 seconds to harden. Once this happen remove the masking tape and scrape off
the excess using the plastic sanding tool
5. Check you work and repeat or apply more colours in required
