Martin Castellani Shelley (Technical Director) focuses not only on the highest
quality of craftsmanship but also in exceptional customer service. Initially trained in
the UK, Martin went oversees to American to train with the best of the best. Martin’s
drive to understand how to get the best from a process has seen him develop the
TileMaster system which we see today. Hours upon hours locked away in his training
room to build systems which not only deliver on results but are easy to understand
and follow.
Martin’s commitment to ongoing training and education through the training academy
School ensures all our technicians are constantly perfecting their skills and keeping
up to date with the latest industry developments and standards.
Alex Rimmer
Alex Rimmer (Managing Director) combines stone, tile, and wood restoration
expertise with strategic business management experience to offer individual services
to a wide variety of clients across the UK and Ireland. He has decades of experience
in the art of problem-solving, restoring surfaces and is an inspector for tile shops in
the UK. He gained his stripes with Hewlett Packard by understanding customer issues
and building solutions to rectify these issues. He quickly saw a gap in the surface
restoration market to take his skillset and build a business that delivered the right
level of support to the management team but also the technician doing the work.
From homeowners to commercial building owners, architects, interior designers,
facility managers, hotel managers, general contractors, and insurance companies,
Alex will offer the best service and attention to detail. Because stone is our passion,
