Shipping Details

All orders received before 12.00pm are sent out same working day.  Delivery normally take 1 working days.  Orders received on a Friday will be sent out the next working day – Special deliveries can be arranged on request.

Pre 10.30 and Saturday Deliveries are not guaranteed but if DHL do not meet the agreed timescale the shipping with be downgraded to standard shipping and the difference will be refunded back to your card.

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on thetilemaster.co.uk. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

GENERAL

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within mainland UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Detailed specifications are available on request.

PRICES & TAX

Unless otherwise shown the price stated for the goods excludes VAT and delivery. These additions are made at the checkout page and are clearly shown before you reach the point of submitting your order. The shipping/delivery charges are for the United Kingdom mainland only and export shipping charges are available upon application. Deliveries to certain remote destinations within the UK (i.e. Highlands, Islands and parts of Wales) may be subject to a supplement charge. We recommend that you contact us to obtain a price before you place an order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU no VAT will be charged, however, import duties may be payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for any import duties levied.

COURIER

In the majority of cases a Courier will be used to deliver your order. We will always send you an email confirming dispatch of your order and the method by which it has been sent. If, when the Courier calls, no one is available to accept the parcel, a Card will be left informing you that attempted delivery had been made. A second attempt will be made by the Courier (usually the next day). If this attempt is unsuccessful for the same reason, then a further charge may be incurred to get the parcel delivered on the third attempt. Alternatively, the parcel can be collected by you from the local delivery depot (you will need the Consignment Number and proof of ID). To avoid this, you may wish to give us instructions for the Courier to leave the parcel somewhere safe (with a designated neighbor, in a porch, shed etc). In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, and non-payment of re-scheduled delivery or non-collection, then the charge that is incurred by us for the parcel’s return will be passed onto the customer and deducted from the refund.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept most major credit and debit cards for online purchases through WorldPay. As such, you can be guaranteed a safe and secure transaction. You may also pay by cheque although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 3 days from receipt of cheque. All payments are made to “TileMaster Global”.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We offer no absolute guarantee of availability and this website does not constitute an offer for sale. Upon receipt of your order we will contact you, either by telephone or email, to advise you of the availability of the item you have ordered and to let you know of any suitable alternative should your product not be immediately available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery of goods in stock will normally take 1-2 working days. However, sometimes due to stock unavailability the delivery can be longer than this. If this is so, TileMaster Global will contact you and agree a delivery date. Goods are also available for collection from our Depot. This requires prior arrangement. Order cut off time is processed by ourselves prior to 14:00 hours. There may be occasions where this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. telecommunications faults etc). Wherever possible, if problems arise, we will endeavor to process the order as normal and will contact you to advise of any delay.

RISK

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature (unless a “safe place” to leave the parcel has been agreed – see Courier above). From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, it is your responsibility to contact us within 2 days from delivery. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and also to check for any transit damage prior to signing the consignment note. Please note that we use national Courier companies to send orders via Next Working Day delivery. As such, once it leaves our premises we have no control and possible delays may occur. The vast majority of our parcels do arrive Next Working Day but, should a delay occur, we will do our utmost to find out exactly what has happened and to resolve the situation. TileMaster Global do not accept any responsibility for any loss of earnings caused by delivery delays.

GUARANTEES

All machines supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of at least 12 months.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The placement of an order confirms your acceptance that we have up to 14 days to dispatch your goods from cleared payment. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy

At Tilemaster UK, we always aim to deliver your order quickly and in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully as it explains your rights when returning items and what happens if your order is delayed in transit.

Delivery

  • Standard delivery times are provided as an estimate only and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details from our courier.

  • Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier network delays, extreme weather, or traffic disruption).

  • In the event of a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

If Your Order is Late

  • If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery timeframe, this does not affect your legal right to cancel or return the goods.

  • If a delivery is delayed unreasonably, you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

  • To cancel, please contact us in writing at info@tilemaster.co.uk.

Returning Your Order

  • After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

  • Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Refunds

  • Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge (if paid).

  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

  • If the goods are returned used, damaged, or not in their original packaging, we may make deductions from your refund.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including all delivery and return costs.

OWNERSHIP

Goods will remain the property of TileMaster Global until such time as full payment has been received and cleared.

OTHER

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. English Law will apply to any disputes or payment defaults.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Delivery & Returns Policy

 

This policy applies to all purchases made by business customers through Tilemaster UK. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Delivery

  • Delivery dates provided are estimates only, unless expressly confirmed in writing as “fixed.”

  • We accept no liability for delays outside of our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or transport disruptions.

  • Delivery will be deemed complete once the goods are handed over to the delivery address specified on your order.

2. Returns & Cancellations

  • Business customers do not have an automatic right to cancel or return goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which apply only to consumer sales.

  • Returns are accepted only at our discretion and must be authorised in writing by Tilemaster UK before goods are sent back.

  • All returned goods must be:

    • Unused.

    • In their original packaging.

    • In resaleable condition.

     

3. Return Costs

  • Unless goods are faulty or supplied in error, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return carriage.

  • We do not accept liability for loss or damage to goods in transit during return. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

 

4. Refunds & Restocking

  • Where a return is agreed and authorised, refunds will be processed once the goods are received and inspected.

  • We reserve the right to make deductions if goods are not returned in resaleable condition.

  • A restocking fee may apply for returned items (details provided at the point of return authorisation).

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

  • If goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, you must notify us within 5 working days of receipt.

    • In such cases, Tilemaster UK will, at its discretion:
    • Arrange a replacement, or

    • Provide a full refund, including reasonable return carriage costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Except where expressly agreed, time for delivery is not “of the essence.”

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from late delivery or non-delivery.

  • Our liability for any claim in respect of goods supplied shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.
