We heard about TileMaster from friends who rated them highly. We had a quote we were happy with and arranged for our tired and stained oak wood kitchen floor and hallway to be sanded and refurbished. It was done in 2 days and Matt worked hard on his own. Matt did a great job, he was friendly, polite and professional. Our open kitchen and hallway now looks amazing.

I have nothing but praise for John who refurbished our kitchen floor last week. From a very quick response to an initial enquiry, to providing a quotation, to arriving on time and to completing the job professionally we have been very impressed. Completed the course this week, fantastic and very informative. Great guys as well with a clear passion for what they do. The method is very clear and easy to understand. Moving forward the system these guys have developed is gonna be the go to for Aquaforce when approaching Hardfloor cleaning and restoration work.

The team couldn’t be more helpful.
Martin came to survey the job and he did a demonstration on a small area to give us an idea of how the floors would look after being treated.
Paul and Ian arrived to do the job and from start to finish they were extremely careful and professional.
They worked together so well that the job was seamless with the minimum disruption.
We’re very pleased with the result, in fact the floors look like new.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great group of lads! They are always there when you call with a complex problem or a simple question. A special mention goes to Lee at TileMaster who is an verifiable encyclopedia on stone and what are the best products to use on any stone type to achieve the best results. Lee provided me with invaluable advice when I was struggling to remove some epoxy grout residue from a porcelain patio. He came out with the products I needed and spent an hour on site showing me how to get it all cleaned off. Highly recommend the Tilemaster products and lee who works there

Great bunch and unbelievably good product.

I was told to use 17 inch Dimond milling pads to remove some sealer from my . Black limestone from the technical department at tile master. so I did use them and they didn’t work after a few hours they wore down at a cost of £40.00 each pad total waste of money .
I complained and sent photos but no one reply and my patio doesn’t look any better . I think that the product are substandard and inferior quality . So stay well clear as they are no help at all what so ever

Not sure how long the stone floors in my house have been down before I lived there, but something tells me quite some time. Tilemaster spent 3 days doing their stuff and the whole downstairs is transformed!. It's like living in a new house. Recommended.
