How to Use: TileMaster Solvent Based Sealer

✅ Easy Application in Just a Few Steps

Follow these simple instructions for optimal protection and finish.

Tools Needed:

• Clean Arora mop kit, brush, roller, sponge, or low-pressure sprayer

• Clean dry cloths or microfiber pads

• Protective gloves (recommended)

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and previous sealers or coatings.

• Use TileMaster Cleaner or a pH-neutral cleaner if needed.

• Allow the surface to dry fully before applying the sealer.

Step 2: Apply the Sealer

• Shake the bottle well before use.

• Pour the sealer into a suitable tray or sprayer.

• Apply a thin, even coat across the surface using your chosen applicator.

• Avoid pooling or over-applying – a light, even coverage is best.

Step 3: Let It Absorb

• Allow the sealer to soak in for 5–10 minutes.

• If any excess remains on the surface after this time, wipe it off with a clean, dry cloth.

• For very porous surfaces, a second coat may be applied after 30–60 minutes.

Step 4: Drying Time

• Allow the treated area to dry for at least 2–4 hours before light foot traffic.

• Full cure and maximum protection is achieved after 24 hours.

• Do not allow the surface to get wet during the curing period.

• Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

• Always ventilate the area well during and after application.

• Not recommended for use on non-porous surfaces.
