Worktops- Always make sure proper masking of the work area is utilized to protect surfaces that could be splattered by-product. Wear safety glasses and gloves.
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Make sure the surface is free of any coatings, waxes, sealers grease and or soil.
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â If the surface requires honing use Granite Pantera diamonds and hone surface to at least 1500 grit or higher predicated upon the clarity of the stone being worked on.
3)Â Â Â Â Â Â Using your variable speed (a must have) right angle grinder with a 5 or 7 inch pad driver use a hogs hair pad (works awesome) and set the speed to 3 or midway.
4)      Use about a ½ teaspoon per square foot (remember the amounts will vary) of product and a small amount of water (1/2 tablespoon more or less)
5)      Start by targeting a 2 sq. ft. area and place the product (1 teaspoon and the water<tablespoon) in the center of your target. Place your machine and hogs hair pad directly on top of it. Starting   slowly spread the product out slowly controlling the trigger all the while applying pressure attempting to dry the product out. At a point where it is almost dry you begin to increase the speed, at this point you should have no splatters. That is when you can pull the trigger for max speed at that setting and run the product dry while moving the machine swiftly over the targeted area. The use of pressure will vary depending on the stone but generally some pressure can be applied.
6)Â Â Â Â Â Â Check the results and repeat if needed. If any swirls or marks appear it is because too much product was used. Remove the marks using a white pad with a mist of water or if they become stubborn use tin oxide or any polishing compound. Adjust the amount of product you are using and continue.
FLOORS – – Always make sure proper masking of the work area is utilized to protect surfaces that could be splattered by product. Wear safety glasses and gloves.
1)Â Â Â Â Â Make sure the surface is free of any coatings, waxes, sealers grease and or soil.
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â If the surface requires honing use quality diamonds and hone surface to at least 1000 grit or higher predicated upon the clarity of the stone being worked on.
3)      Target an area of approximately 8-10 sq. ft. and place in the center two tablespoons of product which you will spray with a misting of water just enough to wet the product so that you get a   semi-thick slurry but one that won’t splatter about.
4)Â Â Â Â Â Â Place your floor machine with a hogs hair pad on top off the product and begin to spread it out over your target area. Then work the product until the slurry dries out and the stone becomes shiny. The pad should be flipped over every 50 to 75 sq. ft. A floor machine with a strong motor over 1.5 HP and weight of about 135 lbs. will perform better. When the product dries and begins to polish a lighter machine may bog down and trip the electrical breaker. In this case it is possible to polish the floor using a wet polishing method.
