Safety Information
When using your 7-liter pump-up sprayer, follow these safety guidelines to ensure safe and effective operation:
Before Use
1. Read Instructions: Carefully read the user manual before operating the sprayer.
2. Inspect Equipment: Check the sprayer for any damage, such as cracks, leaks, or worn parts. Do not use if any parts are damaged.
3. Wear Protective Gear:
• Gloves to protect your hands.
• Safety goggles to shield your eyes from chemicals or liquid spray.
• A mask or respirator if using harmful chemicals or pesticides.
4. Use in a Well-Ventilated Area: Avoid confined spaces when spraying chemicals to prevent inhalation of harmful fumes.
Filling the Tank
1. Use Appropriate Liquids: Only use water-based solutions, fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides as recommended. Do not use flammable or corrosive liquids.
2. Avoid Overfilling: Fill only to the maximum capacity of 7 liters, leaving space for air pressure. Overfilling may cause spillage or reduce effectiveness.
3. Secure the Lid: Ensure the tank lid is tightly secured before pressurizing.
While Operating
1. Avoid Direct Contact: Never point the nozzle at yourself or others, even when the sprayer is empty.
2. Pump Safely: Do not exceed the recommended number of pumps as stated in the manual to avoid over-pressurization.
3. Spray Downwind: Always spray with the wind direction to prevent liquids or chemicals from blowing back on you.
4. Keep Away from Children: Store and operate the sprayer out of reach of children or pets.
After Use
1. Release Pressure: Always use the pressure release valve to safely release excess pressure before opening the tank.
2. Clean Thoroughly: Empty and rinse the sprayer with clean water after each use to avoid chemical residue buildup.
3. Store Safely: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to prevent damage to the tank and components.
General Warnings
1. Avoid Mixing Chemicals: Do not mix incompatible chemicals in the sprayer, as this may cause harmful reactions.
2. Protect Skin and Eyes: Immediately rinse skin or eyes with clean water if contact with sprayed liquids occurs.
3. Dispose Responsibly: Dispose of unused chemicals and rinse water according to local environmental regulations.
