TM Algo Softwash – Patio and Black Spot Cleaner

Before use of TileMaster TM Softwash remove any loose debris from the patio area, always pre-wet the surface area with clean water prior to applying product.

Apply TM Softwash generously and neat to surface. Take care not to spill the cleaner on sensitive surfaces, i.e. fabrics, carefully transfer the cleaning fluid from the bottle to a pump up sprayer or watering can. If these containers are not available, then cleaning fluid can be used directly from the bucket.

TM Softwash will start to work instantly, however, agitation via the TileMaster 40 Machine or deck brush will speed up the process. Rinse away with clean fresh water and check for desired results. Please note the cleaning fluid can harm or possibly kill vegetation so try to avoid washing off onto garden or lawned areas. If this is unavoidable then rinse with plenty of clean water to dilute the cleaner.

If necessary, apply a second application with additional TM SoftWash.

The treated area should be washed down with clean water first to neutralise the cleaner before then power washing off with clean water.

Dilution rates per 1 Litre:

Product is ready to use NEAT. In severe cases of black and white lichen contamination, leave the product to dwell for longer and power wash off the following day. TileMaster Algo contains chlorine as an active ingredient and will stain fabrics and sensitive materials. The fluid might cause slight lightening of some surfaces – always try product in an inconspicuous area prior to use.

Do not apply Algo when the threat of rain is imminent. Always try product in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Extra caution is required when applying near or around fish ponds or similar. If you accidentially over-spray onto delicate plant life, rinse off with clean water.
