To rent a machine, you’ll need at least two forms of ID. The ID you’ll need to take with you depends on your preferred payment method:
- Payment by credit or debit card: Bring some photo ID (valid passport or driving licence, excluding provisional) along with the card used to pay for the rental. Your fastest option!
- Payment with cash: We accept recent household bills or bank statements together with your photo driving license.
The tool its self is permanently attached to the machine, but you can purchase the appropriate pad for your floor that connect directly onto the tool.
Unfortunately all tiles dry at different speeds but normally the floor are touch dry and ready for walking on with in a few hours.

yes, this is the most important part. If you do not remove all the solution and soiled water the dirt will dry back onto your floor. The mop is used to remove the dirty water from your floor.

Once the surface is clean, you can proceed to use Rust away to remove the rust stain. Returning the System to Store
Many stores will allow you to extend the rental period, but this varies by store.
Yes, this is really important. You may be charged for returning a dirty machine, so you need to return it in the same condition as you’d like to find it. Take the following steps before returning your rental:

- Disconnect the spray tank and pour out the solution into your toilet.
- Recycle the used pad.
- Ensure that the bottom of the machine and the pad holder are free of any residue, lint, or other contaminates.
- Wind the cable back around the handle and secure the plug in place.
- Wipe down the unit to ensure it is clean and free of dirt.
