How To Use
Start with a coarse grit such as 50 or 100 to remove scratches, etching or surface damage. Work the pads in a north to south motion, then switch to east to west for even coverage. Complete 4 to 6 passes per square foot before moving on. Gradually work through the grit sequence to refine the surface and remove scratch patterns from the previous grit. Finish with 1500 or 3000 grit to achieve a high shine. Always keep the machine moving to avoid heat build-up or marking the surface.
Safety Information
Always wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, dust mask and gloves when using dry polishing pads. Ensure good ventilation to minimise dust exposure. Do not apply excessive pressure and allow the diamond pad to do the work. Avoid staying in one spot for too long to prevent overheating or burning the surface. Check pads regularly for wear and replace if damaged. Use only with suitable variable speed polishing machines.
