Why All in One Water Based Sealer?

Protects against stains: an impregnating sealer that guards natural stone, ceramic and porcelain against oil- and water-based stains.
Invisible and breathable: soaks into the surface rather than sitting on top, so there’s no film or shine and it doesn’t change the look of most surfaces.
Indoors and out: floors, walls, wet rooms, worktops, patios and pool surrounds.
Ready to use: no dilution needed.

Not suitable for protection against acid or chemical damage, surface wear or scratching. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.

How To Use

How to Use: TileMaster Water Based Sealer

✅ Easy Application in Just a Few Steps

Follow these simple instructions for optimal protection and finish.

Tools Needed:

Clean Arora mop kit, brush, roller, sponge, or low-pressure sprayer
Clean dry cloths or microfiber pads
Protective gloves (recommended)

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and previous sealers or coatings.
Use TileMaster Cleaner or a pH-neutral cleaner if needed.
Allow the surface to dry fully before applying the sealer.

Step 2: Apply the Sealer

Shake the bottle well before use.
Pour the sealer into a suitable tray or sprayer.
Apply a thin, even coat across the surface using your chosen applicator.
Avoid pooling or over-applying – a light, even coverage is best.

Step 3: Let It Absorb

Allow the sealer to soak in for 5–10 minutes.
If any excess remains on the surface after this time, wipe it off with a clean, dry cloth.
For very porous surfaces, a second coat may be applied after 30–60 minutes.

Step 4: Drying Time

Allow the treated area to dry for at least 2–4 hours before light foot traffic.
Full cure and maximum protection is achieved after 24 hours.
Do not allow the surface to get wet during the curing period.

✔️ Pro Tips:

Test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
Always ventilate the area well during and after application.
Not recommended for use on non-porous surfaces.

The team couldn’t be more helpful. Martin came to survey the job and he did a demonstration on a small area to give us an idea of how the floors would look after being treated. Paul and Ian arrived to do the job and from start to finish they were extremely careful and professional. They worked together so well that the job was seamless with the minimum disruption. I was told to use 17 inch Dimond milling pads to remove some sealer from my . Black limestone from the technical department at tile master. so I did use them and they didn’t work after a few hours they wore down at a cost of £40.00 each pad total waste of money . I complained and sent photos but no one reply and my patio doesn’t look any better . I think that the product are substandard and inferior quality . So stay well clear as they are no help at all what so ever Regards Paul Zielinski

Not sure how long the stone floors in my house have been down before I lived there, but something tells me quite some time. Tilemaster spent 3 days doing their stuff and the whole downstairs is transformed!. It's like living in a new house. Recommended.
